Racine Theatre Guild subscriptions allow you to plan ahead and save the most by securing the same seat for the same performance time to each production. Our 2025 – 2026 88th Season will bring together audiences with mystery, music, mayhem, and magic as they discover twists on familiar stories, suspense that brings them to the edge of their seat, contagious laughter that ripples through the audience, and new favorites through memories made at RTG.

Dust off your favorite record and settle into your cozy armchair as you’re transported to the world of an imaginary 1928 musical, The Drowsy Chaperone. It’s a trip down one fan’s memories of all things Golden Age musical. His dingy apartment transforms into an extravagant wedding, packed with mistaken identities, madcap hijinks, and flashy dance numbers on the way to the altar. It’s a toe tapping tribute to the love of musical theatre.
The Importance of Being Earnest

Jack Worthing resides in the country. Algernon Moncrieff in the city. Yet, they each have created an imaginary person to escape their lives. Jack pretends to be his philandering brother, Ernest, and Algernon has a sickly friend, Bunbury, on the cusp of death. Living a double life does have its drawbacks, especially in love as they find themselves caught in a complicated charade to impress two ladies. The witty dialogue, romantic notions, and ridiculous charm create a masterful comedy that will woo you from the very start!
Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors
October 24 – November 9, 2025
Sink your teeth into a comedy that’s perfect for all blood types. Count Dracula meets his comedic match in a lightning-fast romp to Transylvania. When Lucy Westfeldt’s sister Mina falls ill with a mysterious disease of the blood, she and her fiancé enlist the help of famed vampire hunter Doctor Jean Van Helsing in a zany hunt for the devilish beast. In a nod to Monty Python and The 39 Steps, their hijinks are sure to induce blood-curdling screams – of laughter!

Caractacus Potts is an aspiring inventor whose children beg him to fix up a rusty, rotted race car. His tinkering transforms it into a magical, flying and floating vehicle, capturing the attention of the lovely Truly Scrumptious and the greedy Baron and Baroness Bomburst. Wanting the car for themselves, the Bombursts capture Grandpa Potts and the family sets out on a rescue mission with Chitty as their chariot as the musical soars to new heights.

Abby’s sun-soaked room at the Bristol Place Senior Living Facility is in high demand. Yet, she has successfully scared off every potential roommate that comes along. When Marilyn arrives, Abby may have met her match. They soon make a bet to determine who stays and who goes in an all-out battle of one-upmanship. Pulling out all the practical jokes and revealing long hidden secrets, it is a comedy with humor and heart that might just make them jump into a true friendship.

Rachel Watson obsessively observes a couple through the windows of the train every morning. They’re everything she wants her life to be – happy and perfect. When the woman she has been watching goes missing, Rachel’s reality and escapism blur as she is caught up as a witness and a suspect. She becomes dangerously intertwined with secrets, lies, memories, and revelations that put her on the edge of peril. A modern thriller that gripped the world, it unveils the dark corners of the human psyche.

Son of Charlemagne, the young prince is in search of happiness, adventure, glory, and his purpose. The coming-of-age journey follows him as he goes to war, explores his passions, leads a revolution, and possibly finds love. Underneath all the spectacle and storytelling, Pippin discovers what is truly important in life. Through unforgettable lyrics and soaring music, the dazzling musical will leave you spellbound.
