Yes, you may purchase tickets at the door 90 minutes prior to the performance through intermission. Some shows do sell out so we recommend purchasing tickets in advance. However, you may not reserve tickets in advance and pay for them at the door.
We have a liberal exchange policy. As long as you call the Box Office at (262) 633-4218 to release your seat prior to the performance, we can exchange your ticket for a performance of the same show. If that proves impossible, you can make a tax deductible donation of the cost of the ticket back to the theatre.
The Racine Theatre Guild does NOT cancel or reschedule performances due to inclement weather. Patrons are urged to make every effort to attend the performance for which they hold tickets. Should this prove impossible, call the Box Office at (262) 633-4218 before the performance to make alternate arrangements. Requests made after a performance has taken place will not be granted.
For RTG mainstage productions and all series except for Racine Children’s Theatre, students are 21 and under and seniors are 62 and above. Ticket prices are the same for all Racine Children’s Theatre tickets regardless of age.
