School Outreach Performances
With a key interest in education and quality of life, the Racine Theatre Guild plays a unique role, giving everyone access to the performing arts, instilling creativity and open mindedness. “Lighting up lives at all stages” has been a part of our fabric since 1938 and we take pride in giving back to the Racine area which has supported us since day one.

Student Focused Performances
During the year, RTG chooses two productions to be performed not only for our regular audiences, but also students from throughout the area. During special daytime performances, children of all ages are introduced to the magic of theater! From field trips for schools to local homeschool groups, students have the chance to ask questions, see the behind-the-scenes action, and share their excitement with the cast and crew.
Performances include a talkback with the cast and crew following the show. Payments are not due until a month before the performance. Run Times: Approx. 2 hours

The Best Christmas Pageant Ever: The Musical
Recommended for grade school and above
Silent night? Not a chance. The six horrible Herdman siblings crash Sunday school and cause havoc when they audition for the annual Christmas pageant. Stealing snacks and smoking cigars, with catastrophe around every corner, the director, Grace Bradley, is ready to cancel the whole thing. Can the holy terrors be turned into little angels by opening night? Now a smash hit musical, this group of misfits might just end up teaching the town about the true meaning of Christmas.

And in this Corner: Cassius Clay
Recommended for middle school and above
Long before the world knew him as Muhammad Ali, this story of Cassius Clay, Jr. bobs and weaves through his early life. Growing up in Jim Crow-era Louisville, he steps into the ring with determination and drive to not be beaten by life or his opponents. With the support of his family, training from Officer Joe Martin, and his own hard work, Cassius fights his way onto the gold-medal stand and into the history books. It’s a reminder for us all to channel our inner champion and fight for what’s right. Some adult language
