SPACE IS LIMITED TO 28 PARTICIPANTS
This tour involves long periods of walking, flights of stairs, and uneven surfaces throughout the city, including in subway stations and theatres. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we ask that travelers be able to walk unassisted for extended periods. Please contact RTG at (262) 633-4218 with questions and details.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- TOTAL: Twin or Double Room (Double Occupancy): $3,495 per person or Single Room (Single Occupancy): $4,495 per person
- DEPOSIT #1: $1,000 is required with each registration. This is a non-refundable deposit (unless the trip is cancelled).
- DEPOSIT #2: $1,000 per participant due on Tuesday, December 8, 2026
- FINAL PAYMENT: Remaining balance is due on Tuesday, March 9, 2027
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Airline fares are based on current fare quotes and are subject to fuel and/or other surcharges that may be imposed by the airlines. RTG cannot be responsible for any increase. Participants must assume any additional charges.
- Cancellations are strongly discouraged. If cancellation becomes necessary prior to June 1, 2027, money will be refunded less $25 cancellation fee, if the participant can be replaced and there are no penalties.
