  • Both London and Paris are great walking cities so, as with most of Europe, be prepared for lots of walking, often on uneven pavements and lots of stairs.
  • Escort – Judith Tucker, emeritus UW-Parkside theatre professor, and a RTG staff member. Judie has organized 35 + tours to London for UW-Parkside, Viterbo University, The Prairie School, Notre Dame University and the Wisconsin Library Association plus the Racine Theatre Guild’s Feb 2015, October 2015, April 2016, June 2016, June 2017, July 2018, June 2019, and March 2024 Tours.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • TOTAL: $5,495.00 (Twin/Double Occupancy) or $7,495.00 (Single Occupancy)
  • DEPOSIT #1: $1,500.00 is required with each registration. This is a non-refundable deposit (unless the trip is cancelled). Additional travel insurance to protect your monetary investment beyond the “On Travel” policy provided as part of the trip is encouraged. 
  • DEPOSIT #2: $2,000.00 (Twin/Double Occupancy) $4,000.00 (Single Occupancy) due on or before September 8, 2025
  • DEPOSIT #3: Final Payment $1,995.00 (Twin/Double Occupancy) $1,995.00 (Single Occupancy) due on or before February 2, 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Airline fares are based on current fare quotes and are subject to fuel and/or other surcharges that may be imposed by the airlines. RTG cannot be responsible for any increase. Participants must assume any additional charges, including charges for more than one checked luggage.
  • Trip fees are based on current currency exchange rates. RTG cannot be responsible for any unusual increases. Participants must assume any additional charges/increases.
  • The trip is nonrefundable unless it is cancelled. If trip goer can no longer attend and the participant can be replaced prior to March 1, 2026, there are no penalties.
