ROB KROES is an award winning teacher and performer from the Racine area. He holds his Bachelors of Music from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with degrees in vocal performance, choral and general music education. Performance credits include: “Les Miserables” (Enjolras), “Spamalot” (Patsy), “Little Shop of Horrors” (Seymour), “Lend Me a Tenor” (Max), “A Night at the Nutcracker” (Eddie), “Mary Poppins” (Bert), “The Addams Family” (Lucas), and “Jekyll & Hyde” (Jekyll/Hyde). Equally at home off stage, Robert has been directing since 2006. He has directed over 20 productions in the Racine area in the last eleven years, and is currently the director for the Union Grove theatre department. Robert is extremely active at the Racine Theatre Guild where he is a theatre class instructor. He also is the director of the new RTG Signature Spotlight Concert Series. Robert taught in Racine Unified for six years where he served as vocal director for McKinley Middle School and was awarded the Encore Award in teaching. Additionally, he teaches private voice and piano in his home studio. 

TINA PAUKSTELIS ​may be a familiar face as the Season Ticket Coordinator in Racine Theatre Guild’s box office, but has also been seen on our stage as Christina in “Dancing at Lughnasa” and Laura in “The Glass Menagerie,” and most recently as Bella in “Lost in Yonkers” and Sonia in “Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike.” A founding member of Upstart Theatre and with many local credits, her favorite roles include May in “Fool for Love,” Lulu in “The Birthday Party,” and Veronica in “God of Carnage,” Margie in “Good People,” Cecily in “The Importance of Being Earnest,” and Nora in “A Doll’s House.” Tina has a theatre degree from UW-Parkside and lives in Kenosha with her husband, Doug, and daughter, Aurelia.
